First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Miller Cooper & Co..
Tax Intern
It was a super chill interview. I went in and had two separate interviews with three different people in total. They mostly asked about my resume and my future career aspirations. They also gave me a tour of the building and bought me lunch.
- Can you tell me about the job listed on your resume?
- What led you to choose Tax over Audit, and could you explain your reasoning?
Tax Manager
The interview process started with an HR call, followed by two separate interviews with partners. After that, I got a verbal offer and then the official offer the next day.
- Can you describe your experience?
- Do you have the relevant technical knowledge?
Tax Senior
The interview process was great. Everyone was super professional and happy to answer my questions. I talked to some senior managers and a partner, and it was a good experience with all of them. It seems like Miller Cooper would be a great place to work based on the interview.
- Have you managed junior employees in your current role?
