Had a few phone calls initially, then a 3-hour in-person interview with several managers and analysts. Noticed some red flags, like a hiring manager admitting they're 'not easy to work with.' The company seems to be in a state of damage control following significant organizational changes.

I got a call from a recruiter and did a phone interview. Then I met with two sales reps on my team, which was great. After that, I met the regional manager in person, which also went well. The final meeting was face-to-face with the VP, but it felt like an interrogation. They want to see you fight for the position and prove you can handle pressure. I'm not looking for a place that picks apart my resume and questions my experience. It's a mutual thing; the company might be good, but I'm a strong candidate too, so I shouldn't be the only one showing enthusiasm.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out. We had a recruiter phone screen, then a hiring manager phone screen. I sent a followup email. The recruiter texted the next day to schedule a phone screen with the hiring manager's boss. After emailing both, the recruiter kept me updated with good news. The Hiring Manager then emailed asking if I could do a ride along with a rep and meet in person that day. I met f2f with the manager and the rep, which went great, and then did a ride along with the rep two days later. The recruiter called to say I was moving on to a facetime call with the VP. After that, I got a verbal offer by phone, and the official offer soon after. It was a really clear and smooth process!
