The people working here are very kind and nice. They are outgoing and polite and respect your time. I have only great things to say about this company and would recommend others to apply for jobs here.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses, and how you handle customer service?

The interviews weren't hard at all, mostly just getting a vibe for personality and team fit. It started with a 30-min phone screening with basic personality and customer service questions. They said they'd talk to the hiring manager and call back. The next day, I came in for a standard hour-long in-person interview about work experience and career aspirations. The day after that, I got an email for another interview at a different location with another general manager. This time, there were two interviewers asking more detailed questions about my work history and hypothetical situations with unhappy clients. I felt good about it because the staff was really nice and seemed impressed with my background. But then, the next afternoon, I got an email saying that even though they were impressed, my initial qualifications weren't quite what they were looking for. It makes me wonder why I got an interview if my qualifications weren't a match from the start. Next time, please screen better and list qualifications clearly on the job post, and ensure hiring managers know what the company wants.
- What are your career goals?
- What would you do if a client arrived a day earlier than their reservation?
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations in your career?

The interview process started with a phone interview that lasted almost an hour. The recruiter, Dawn, was very informative and answered all my questions. She asked about my salary expectations and I told her I wouldn't accept less than $15.00/hr, which she indicated was doable. Then, I had an in-person interview at a location I had mentioned was furthest from me. This interview also lasted over an hour, and I was told the starting pay would be much lower than discussed over the phone. I was still willing to continue because I was interested in the field. The third interview was at the downtown Austin location. I was given poor directions to the parking garage, making me 30 minutes late. This whole process was unpleasant. I eventually received a rejection email for a job title I didn't even apply for. My advice is to shorten the interview process to save everyone time. You can likely determine if someone is a good fit within the first two interviews for a spa front desk role.
- How do you maintain motivation during stressful work situations?
