Business Analyst
You answer a set of recorded questions by recording yourself answering them on video. Some questions let you record multiple takes, others only one. If they want to move forward, you'll get to pick from time-slots for follow-up interviews. There were two rounds of these follow-ups for this role. The questions seemed relevant to the job, and the interviewers were nice.

There were 5 rounds of interviews. It included a written test, a video interview with playback, and three in-person interviews. The whole process took several hours over three days, only for them to tell me they didn't have the budget for the position. I had applied for an opening listed on their website.

The interview process was a bit different than usual. It began with an online assessment and a virtual interview where I had to pre-record my answers. This was usually followed by one or two video calls with the hiring manager. The whole process was quite fast, and I finished it in under two weeks.
