If they want to move forward, you'll get to pick from time-slots for follow-up interviews. There were two rounds of these follow-ups for this role. The interview process was a bit different than usual. It began with an online assessment and a virtual interview where I had to pre-record my answers. This was usually followed by one or two video calls with the hiring manager. The whole process was quite fast, and I finished it in under two weeks.
