They were quick to set me up with an interview. It was in-person and they asked relatively easy questions. The interviewer was kind and easy to talk to. It was unclear what skills/experience they were really looking for though. They got back to me within a few days with next steps.

I had a quick phone chat with the HR Recruiting Manager first. They asked me stuff like why I picked marketing, to describe myself in five words, and about my experience. Then, about a week later, I went in to meet with two managers and the chief marketing officer. That interview went super well, and they were so nice that I felt more and more comfortable as it went on. I got my internship offer about two weeks after that.

The interview process started with a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. Then, there were two more Zoom interviews. An assessment was done after the first interview, which took about 3 hours. I thought everything was going well, but then they asked me to come back for another interview before making a final decision. After four interviews and two assessments, I felt it should have been clear whether I was the right fit. It felt like a waste of my time to go back for another interview. I politely declined and explained that I didn't think it was right for them to still have doubts after so many steps. I was also uncomfortable knowing it was between me and another candidate. They sent a generic response, and I found it strange, which made me feel better about not proceeding. I'm disappointed about the time it took, but I think it was the right decision for me. I don't have any ill will towards the company, I just wanted to share my experience.
