Marketing Assistant
The interview process started with a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. Then, there were two more Zoom interviews. An assessment was done after the first interview, which took about 3 hours. I thought everything was going well, but then they asked me to come back for another interview before making a final decision. After four interviews and two assessments, I felt it should have been clear whether I was the right fit. It felt like a waste of my time to go back for another interview. I politely declined and explained that I didn't think it was right for them to still have doubts after so many steps. I was also uncomfortable knowing it was between me and another candidate. They sent a generic response, and I found it strange, which made me feel better about not proceeding. I'm disappointed about the time it took, but I think it was the right decision for me. I don't have any ill will towards the company, I just wanted to share my experience.
- What's something memorable about you?
- How did you get into marketing?
- What qualities do you possess that make you a good fit for this role?
Sales Consultant
The interview was in person and felt pretty relaxed. I met with the brand manager who I'd be working with. They asked about my past sales experience and how I've handled customers. A good part of the interview was just to make sure I knew what the job entailed and that it was something I actually wanted to do. They also asked if I was okay with the work hours, which often involve late nights and not getting two days off in a row.
- Have you had a DUI recently?
Sales Manager
I found everyone to be very professional and encouraging about the company. I met with different people from different departments to gain knowledge of the business. The process included a phone screen, a follow-up interview with the General Manager, and an interview with the Regional Manager.
- Can you explain why you are a suitable candidate for this role?
Web Project Manager
The interview process was fun and conversational, not like a typical interview. The team was friendly, and I learned a lot. I went through 3 rounds, but it felt like 4 because there was an assignment due near the end. I got a rejection before submitting the assignment, but no hard feelings.
- Can you share details about your background?
