Milbank LLP was super responsive, and the interview process was straightforward. I had a screening call, then heard back for a second round interview after two days. I found out two days after that they decided not to move forward with my application, which was upsetting because it was my top choice. However, everyone was super friendly and it seems like a great work environment.

Had several chats with the head paralegal person, the recruiting manager, and lawyers from the different areas a paralegal would be working. All the interviews were on zoom and they were kinda slow getting back after each one.

I applied online and got a call back about 5 days later. The next week, I went in for an interview at the office. It included a written test for grammar, Excel, and word processing skills, followed by behavioral questions from a panel of HR committee members. I met with the HR coordinator and two Legal Assistant Directors. They were friendly, took notes as I spoke, and the interview was quite formal with limited discussion. I received a job offer by phone a few hours after the interview.
