Project Manager
After several stages of the process including HR calls, a manager interview, and preparing a technical dossier, I unfortunately didn't get any response. However, someone kept checking my LinkedIn profile weekly for over 2 months. It's a shame because a simple feedback, even if negative, would have shown respect and professionalism. I hope selection practices continue to evolve, as candidates invest time and energy in these processes. It gives a terrible image of how they treat their candidates and employees.

Project Manager
The hiring process at MI-GSO | PCUBED starts with application screening, then an initial phone chat. After that, a detailed HR interview checks behavioral skills and cultural fit. Depending on the role, personality or technical tests might be part of it. Next, there's a technical interview or a case study to see project management skills and problem-solving abilities. Finally, an interview with an operational manager confirms if you're a good fit for the role and the company's projects.

Project Manager
I talked to the Houston office back in June 2023. I went through all three rounds and then they ghosted me after the final round, even after I followed up twice. Fast forward to May of this year (2024), a recruiter from their Irvine office reached out. During our chat, she asked if I knew the company. I told her about my previous full interview process with their Houston team and how I never heard back. I got ghosted again after the beginning of the interview process, which was super frustrating and disheartening. It seems like they don't train their recruiters on following through, no matter the outcome. Given the current job market, it's pretty harsh to ghost someone, especially after they've already gone through it with the same company. The interview itself wasn't too bad, but I'd say don't bank on this company if you need a job urgently.
