First, I had a call with the recruiters. Then I had Round 1 with a Business Manager and a Consultant. After that, I had a Round 2 interview. Sometimes, for higher level cases or if things are exceptional, there's a Round 3 interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty smooth overall. I first got a message on Linkedin and then had an introductory call where we discussed my past experience. That went well, and the recruiter was clear about the role. We scheduled a second call, but it got missed because the recruiter had a scheduling issue. We rescheduled, and the recruiter was late for that one too. This second call focused more on whether I'd be a good fit for the role and the company culture. I was a bit surprised by a role-play exercise simulating the prospecting process. I didn't get the offer and wasn't contacted as expected, even though I was told I'd get feedback within a few days. After following up after three weeks, I was told I never received an email, which wasn't true. The whole thing took about three weeks. No hard feelings, but I was hoping for feedback on why I wasn't selected or moved forward to a third round.
