I met with a senior consultant who talked about the company. The interview focused on my professional and personal experience. Then, I had two more interviews, one with another senior consultant and one with HR. The second senior consultant interview was similar to the first, but they shared more company details due to their longer tenure. It also focused on technical aspects. The HR interview felt like a formality but allowed me to ask more questions. They asked why I wanted to join the company.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So I had a phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview with HR and another person. Then there was a case interview with a director. They don't pay for parking and they're looking for people with project management experience. The culture seemed awesome, and I regret not doing better on my interview. However, communication was a bit lacking. HR said she was finalizing things and I hadn't slipped her mind, but I never heard back. Three weeks later, I sent an email saying I understood why I wasn't chosen since I didn't do well on the case, but I didn't get a response. It was disappointing given our conversations, especially since they tout a family culture.

It was a fast and agile process. First, I spoke with HR, and shortly after, I was put in touch with my future manager. The interview with the manager was lengthy, covering both my experience and my education.
