The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone screen. After that, there were two motivational interviews, one with a business manager and then another with an agency director. I felt welcomed during the interviews and that I was evaluated kindly.

First, they called me by phone, asked me about my skills, education and we had a general chat in English about my interests. Then, they invited me to a personal interview, which was a meet-up where they introduced the company and asked me more questions about which area of Migso I would like to work in, what project management methodologies I knew, etc.

The interview had three stages in total. It started with a presentation, then a team interview, and finally an interview with the hub manager. The HR person was really helpful and kind, giving good guidance. The final round might be challenging, and it's hard to know if you'll be selected. The whole interview process is based on your resume.
