It was a bit strange, but also reassuring. They inquired about my personal life and achievements from over a decade ago. Overall, it was an acceptable experience. I personally find BOK's process superior to MFB's.

I saw the job on a recruiter's site and talked to them a few times. Then MidFirst had me apply on their site, but they had already scheduled an interview with me. I interviewed with an assistant VP who seemed really disorganized, forgetting my name and the position. He was late too, I think he forgot about the interview. He asked why I applied to MidFirst, but the job posting didn't say it was for them, just the requirements since I applied through a recruiter. He didn't seem to know this. He eventually found my resume and asked about three responsibilities I listed. Then he asked a lot of technical questions, mostly Excel-related, but not specific tasks. The last 20 minutes were me asking questions. The interview was about 1.5 hours, mostly technical with almost no behavioral questions. They responded a week later saying they were considering other candidates. I was bummed because I was really interested in the company, but they seemed unprepared.

First, there was a 30-minute chat, mostly standard questions about my strengths and weaknesses. Then, a 1-hour online interview which was quite tough and involved a lot of problem-solving. I have to say, the team was really nice and I enjoyed the experience.
