We had an online video interview and then an in person interview. It was simple and easy, and I got to meet the team before accepting or denying the offer. Everyone had great communication and did a good job selling their company on why it would be a great place to work.

This phone interview was a really weird chat. The interviewer seemed totally uninterested and spoke in a monotone. Instead of asking about my resume, they asked odd questions about my university. When I asked about a start date, they had no clue, saying it could be weeks or half a year away, and there was even a chance they wouldn't hire anyone.
