Assistant Manager
Had a phone interview where they asked me great questions and answered mine. It was really personable even though it was over the phone. The call was about 30 minutes and covered everything I needed to know about the job.
- What makes you want to work in auto mechanics?
Manager
The interview process was really fair and open. It included an in-person technical part and an online test to see how well you'd fit in. The whole thing usually wraps up in under a week, depending on how busy they are at the location.
- What strategies would you use to boost sales?
Manager
They use a recruitment agency. The recruiter's approach is immediately very unpleasant and aggressive. She is not listening but rather focused on unilateral demands and imposing her views. The interview is not a power struggle, it's more a moment for the company AND the candidate to discover if the other is a good match for their search or not. She doesn't give a good image of the company and doesn't make you want to join. Salary is out of sync with market reality and the scope of the position. Too bad.
- Why did you apply for the position?
