I was hired at an open house advertised on Craigslist. I filled out a short application. I had an initial interview where they reviewed my resume and application. A few minutes later, I had a second interview with upper management. I got along great with that person, so there weren't many questions. Then, they directed me to computers where I had to type in a LONG application that required a copy of my resume, cover letter, and reference information. Two weeks later, I found out I was hired. Before starting, I had to take a drug test at Labcorp, so I suggest finding one in advance as not all Labcorps offer this testing.

The company emailed me with a job offer, then I filled out the application process, and then I went in for a one on one interview, and I am still waiting for the final results...

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I applied and it took a bit to hear back, but eventually I got a phone interview. They just wanted to get a feel for my personality and see my availability. After that, I met with a few people who were in the same kind of job I was applying for. They were really nice and just talked to me about my past work. Then I met with management, starting with my potential immediate manager. They also focused on my personality and work history. Next was their manager, which was the toughest part. He explained the process and asked more job-related questions. Then, the twist: I had to teach him something, anything, in 5 minutes using whatever was around. I taught him how to make a paper airplane. The point is to see how you present information under pressure, and there's no wrong answer. Finally, I met with the GM, who basically just confirmed everything based on the feedback they'd gotten.
