It was a conceptual interview, no coding involved, pretty simple. Started with a resume walkthrough. They wanted to see if I knew basic concepts like data structures and algorithms, and also about the projects on my resume. There were some SQL questions too, like inner join vs outer join. They also asked some interest questions to gauge personality.

The selection process includes three stages to check technical skills and how well you work with others. First up is an online test to see if you're good at analyzing things, solving problems, and know your stuff. If you pass that, you'll have two more interviews. One is a technical interview where they'll ask about what you know, how you'd use it, and how you'd solve problems. The other is an HR interview to see how you communicate, if you'd fit in, and what your personality is like. This way, they can see if you're technically strong and also a good fit personality-wise.

The interview process did not involve leetcode-style questions and was manageable with preparation. I interviewed with hiring managers who inquired about my past experiences, skillsets, technical knowledge, and future aspirations. Overall, it wasn't a difficult interview. I emailed HR for updates, but they did not respond, which was unprofessional.
