Senior Engineer
The interview process was quite informal, starting with a school fair activity where I got the job after a casual chat. Micron is quite welcoming to graduates from local universities like NTU and NUS, making it a friendly environment for fresh graduates. However, the division structure is complex, so it's important to ask specifically to differentiate between fab and TD positions.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. They usually reach out quickly if you pass a round. The interviews were conducted via Zoom and were pleasant. The stages were: 1) Department Manager, 2) Department Senior Manager, and 3) Director.
