Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Microlins.
Administrative Assistant
It was a very long hiring process, they called many candidates, I believe around 30 people at once and that's why not everyone fit in the room. Everyone had to introduce themselves and it became too tedious. The positive point is that due to the hiring urgency, they did this first stage of introduction and immediately met to decide who would proceed to the next stage and who wouldn't, so we weren't left without an answer. My suggestion would be to divide the candidates into at least 2 groups to make it a better experience for both interviewers and candidates.

Administrative Assistant
I was selected for an in-person interview at the Ferraz de Vasconcelos Unit. When I arrived, I introduced myself and talked about my experiences. After a few hours, they contacted me saying I passed to the second phase. I thought it would be just another test, but it was a RIDICULOUS 5-DAY FREE WORK test, which they called training. You arrive and they give you a paper to sign authorizing this nonsense, which is against LABOR LAWS. They don't offer coffee, lunch money, or transportation. You go through this process for 5 days, 6 hours a day, with no guarantee of being approved. I've never seen this happen in a company; as far as I know, training happens after you're hired and is paid. I've never seen this before. Microlins doesn't care how you'll get money for travel and food, or about your conditions. This is INHUMANE! I will never set foot in that company again, not even for a course. This is exploitation!
