So the first interview was a 1-hour meeting with the hiring manager, where they just asked me in-depth technical questions based on my resume. Then I had a full day of interviews in the office. There were 4 separate interviews: first with a senior analog engineer, then a director, then some other team members, and finally back with the hiring manager. Each of these was about an hour long and strictly technical, no behavioral stuff at all.
