So, Michelin has a bunch of factories all in one place. There were many openings across different areas at the 3 factories on the Campo Grande, RJ site. The whole process started in Jan 2021 and wrapped up by Jun 2021. It involved online tests, in-person stuff, interviews with various managers, and some practical tests checking knowledge and technical skills. If you weren't picked for one job, they'd actually set you up with another manager for a different role.

It was a long and messy interview process. We weren't told the salary or the number of open positions, and there were over 80 candidates in the first stage. From the first to the second stage, all candidates got an email saying they weren't selected. A day later, I and a small group received emails saying we had been selected. The same thing happened from the second to the third stage, and this continued until the last step. We always received emails saying we weren't selected. Then, they'd send a last-minute email, the day before, saying we had actually been selected. In the end, even the person who got the job received an email saying they weren't selected.
