Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, we'll have an introduction where I'll present the company and the role, and you'll briefly introduce yourself. Then, I'd like you to summarize your academic and professional journey, focusing on experiences and skills that match this job. We'll then dive into technical and behavioral questions – think about how you'd answer questions like 'How did you handle a complex project?' or 'How do you approach a technical problem?' using the STAR method. Following that, there might be a situational exercise or a test where you'll analyze a technical case or solve a problem. After that, I'll give you more details about Michelin and the team. You'll then have a chance to ask your own questions about the work environment, tools, and career prospects. Finally, we'll wrap up. Remember to thank me and confirm your interest.

The entire process consisted of a single Teams interview with all the managers from the department that needed an intern. They asked a lot about me, about the points on my resume, my English, and my knowledge of software (Excel and Power BI). There was no test, just a 20-minute conversation.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter in mid-December. The call lasted almost an hour and they promised a response within 8 days, whether positive or not. After the deadline passed with no word, I sent a reminder email. I got an automatic reply saying the person was on vacation. A month later, I received a very standard rejection, as if I hadn't even interviewed with them. I sent a second email asking why I wasn't selected, and of course, got nothing back. Very shocking from a company labeled happy trainee 2019.
