Behavioral Presentation Case Other

First, a 45-minute video call with a recruiter, including situational questions. Then, a full day of group recruitment activities at Michelin headquarters in Clermont-Ferrand, with expenses covered. The day involved a "sell yourself" exercise, a sales sketch, an In Basket case study, a personal development plan interview, a manager interview, and a recruiter interview. It was an intense but very positive day, with supportive and attentive interviewers.

Behavioral Case

It was a 2 stage interview process. First was a video call interview that mainly consisted of role-playing scenarios and practical case studies. They wanted to assess crisis management, negotiation, and customer service skills. I don't have any information about the second stage, the in-person recruitment day, because I didn't attend it.
