Quality Engineer
The process takes a while and things move slowly, they don't have psychometric tests, only drug and background checks. They also do exams to see if you have any injuries or fractures.
- Are you willing to relocate?
- Do you have knowledge in quality?
- What is your biggest challenge?
Quality Engineer
The first half of the interview was pretty basic, but the second half threw in a lot of tricky questions. It felt like they were really trying to gauge my commitment to the company itself, rather than just the specific location.
- What is your reason for wanting to join Michelin?
- Are you open to working at other locations?
Quality Engineer
I first met them at a job fair. Then I had 1 on campus interview, 1 phone interview, and 3 interviews (all on the same day) on site. The interviews were pretty standard. They were very helpful in sharing lots of info about the company and the work.
- Were there any questions that were out of the ordinary? Mostly behavioral based questions.
