Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Michelin North America.
Intern
It was mostly behavioral questions, like about teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. They asked me to talk about my past experiences, how I handled tough situations, and what I learned from them.
- Describe a difficult situation you encountered.
Intern
First, there was a phone call where they mainly discussed the role and its timeline, plus what they'd expect from me. After that, I had an interview. It was a behavioral interview and overall, it was a good experience.
- What do you do when you're in a stressful situation or feeling anxious about something?
Intern
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
