the interview process included common steps like a phone call, an in-person meeting, and then an onsite interview, followed by an offer and discussion and feedback. The people were friendly and helpful. The work site might look old, but the black building is okay. Finding the site could be a bit confusing.

It started with a phone interview that was basically a screening to check if I met all the requirements. Then there was an in-person interview, which included a tour of the facility and lunch with the team. Finally, I interviewed with the manager and a team member. They really need someone who is great with CAD systems, especially Catia. Being able to learn and show your skills in Catia during the interview would be a big plus.
