It was a round robin style interview with three sets of interviewers. They asked about my past experience and what I plan to achieve in the new role. I got a quick offer after the interview. Overall, it was a great experience.

I applied on Indeed and was told there were over 800 applications. They scheduled a call with me, and the questions weren't too hard because I had a lot of skills to offer. Then, they invited me to interview in person, and I got a job offer.

So after applying, if they like your application, they send you a link to do a recorded video interview. The very next day, I got a call to schedule a phone interview, which was also the same day. The phone interview was pretty short, they asked some questions about situations and then the HR person told me about the job. After that, I was called in for an in-person interview. This lasted about two hours. First, I met with two people from the department. They asked a lot of questions like 'tell me about a time when...' Then I met with a career counselor, who also asked me some situational questions and about my career goals. It felt like a lot for an entry-level job, and they never even talked about pay.
