The interview happened out on the sales floor, with the manager at a little folding table. The questions were pretty standard for a job interview: strengths, weaknesses, and your applicable knowledge and experience. The interviewer was nice and friendly but still professional. At the end of the interview, I got a job offer and some stuff about my new position.
- What relevant skills do you have for this job, covering both retail experience and craft knowledge?

The interview process was super easy. They just want to see if you have some kind of craft knowledge, which can literally be anything. It was straightforward, with questions about strengths and weaknesses. I got hired on the spot after confirming my availability. It's a good place for a first job because you don't need a lot of experience.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- How would you deal with a customer who is not satisfied?

Applied online and went to a hiring event the next weekend. The process was quick and simple, just a manager asking for my availability. Got contacted a few days later to start onboarding.
- How would you handle challenging customer interactions?
