The interview process was really bad. The interviewer was nice but talked way too much, making up 95% of the conversation. She asked multiple questions at once and barely gave me a chance to respond. It felt unprofessional and I don't see how she could assess my fit for the job that way. She called the next day to say I wasn't the right fit. I did my best with the situation.
- Would you be alright with starting work early in the mornings?

It was a very laid back interview. Just make sure you know your key points for the department you want to work in and you should be fine. Being in the art field is a must for working at michaels stores. Teaching was an option given to me right away.
- Can you describe your experience with the products we sell?
- Have you used a POS system and headset before?
- Tell me about your experience in customer sales and service.

My interview process went easy to medium to hard. They’ll ask basic questions at first to hard questions afterwards. You just gotta have confidence and don’t let your anxiety get to you.
- Tell me about your motivation for seeking employment with this company.
