I interviewed for these offices in Bilbao some time ago, and although I didn't get an offer in the end, I remember the process very fondly. At that time, I felt stuck in my job and believed there weren't many opportunities elsewhere, but the experience was so pleasant and positive that it gave me a huge boost to keep looking. Moving forward through the different stages of the process helped me gain confidence in my abilities, and that had a big impact on my professional motivation. I appreciate the treatment I received and how valuable the whole process was for me, even without being selected.

Behavioral Technical

It was a long process and they weren't very responsive. I had to follow up for the results 8 times, which wasn't a great candidate experience in my opinion. The final part was also very short, about 8 minutes, which made me feel like the interviewer didn't really like me, without knowing much about my background.

I had an interview before, and I used to think all interviews were tricky and unkind. But after interviewing at other places, I learned that interviews can be kind. This past interview was bad, not because I didn't get an offer, but because it was a bad experience that made not getting an offer feel mutual. Interviews should be about your skills, not a game. It was a strange interview, and maybe there's a reason for their approach, but I don't think you need to cut someone off mid-sentence to say they aren't convincing enough for the industry. The whole process was unkind for no apparent reason.
