Project Manager
The interview process was very professional, with appointments kept on time. The exchanges about the company and the position were serious and focused, and positive in every way. I highly recommend this company. Furthermore, they maintain contact with candidates even if the process is not successful.
- Could you give me a brief overview of yourself in about five minutes?
Project Manager
They never contacted me back to let me know if I was still in the process. They also didn't provide an estimated salary or the type of contract by country. They seemed to be probing about schedules, which gave me the impression it wasn't very serious.
- Tell me about your experience.
- I have another option.
- And that's it.
Project Manager
I applied and reached out to the recruiter directly via email. Soon after, I got a call from their assistant, and we had a quick phone chat where they asked me questions about the job. After the call, I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with my application.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What draws you to this role and our company?
- What do you consider your biggest strengths and areas for improvement?
