- What motivates you to apply to Michael Page?
Business Development Manager
The interview process was unprofessional. For a recruitment company, their recruiting process is horrible. They made me reschedule my in-person interview more than once. The director of this company has a short man complex. Interviewing with them was a waste of time. There was a lack of respect for me as an applicant and they were rude/unprofessional the few times we did meet.
- Why are you interested in Michael Page?
Business Development Manager
This interview took place in Mexico City. The hiring manager ultimately inquired about the possibility of me applying to my current company. My role in Business Development involved sales and market research, contrasting with the 360 approach (both business development and recruitment) required of everyone at Michael Page.
