So I started with a recruiter call, then a first round with the hiring manager. This hiring manager thought I was overqualified for the role but suggested me for another team in the company. After that, I had to speak with the recruiter again and then had an interview with three members of that team. The thing is, they weren't very punctual with scheduling and postponed the interview twice. Also, if they knew I was overqualified, why make me go through these interviews to reject me later? It was a waste of two months.
