Behavioral Technical Case Coding

I applied through my university and got an email for a 30-minute interview with a partner in a week. After that, I had a 48-hour take-home case/data analysis assessment using patient data. Then, I did a half-day of interviews over Zoom with 5-6 associates and partners. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks. It's been over a month, and I haven't heard back even after emailing them multiple times. I don't suggest interviewing with them if they don't respect candidates' time.

I had a phone chat with HR about my resume first. Then, I had to do a written test where I had to write a report based on some data they gave me. After passing that, I had a zoom interview with five people.

You have to interview with 5-6 people in one day, most of them are partners. They promised to respond within two weeks, but I never heard back. Some interviewers seemed to think I wouldn't get hired. It felt like a waste of resources for both sides. I didn't like it. Maybe people who like pointless stress would enjoy it. At least they should have some respect and let me know my result.
