Intern
3 Step Process: 1st Step Hirevue, 2nd Interview with your designated department team, 3rd with HR. Very long and strenuous for a summer internship position, but understanding the prestige of the program.
- Why are you interested in working with MD/HS?
Intern
I applied online and then did a HireVue interview. The HireVue had pretty basic questions, and I could retake them a few times, but there was a timer so I didn’t have unlimited time to prepare. Since the questions were easy, it wasn’t too hard.
- What's a recent learning you can share?
Intern
So after I sent in my interest statement, I did this one way interview with the Miami Dolphins. It was on this website where they'd ask a question and I had two tries to record myself. I could take all the time I wanted to prep though, in between questions.
- What's the most exciting thing about this internship for you?
- Tell me about something you've taught yourself.
- What's something you're proud of?
