I applied online and then got a call about setting up a time for an interview at the Hard Rock Stadium. People from Guest Experience did about a 10-minute interview with each candidate, basically just asking about personality, interests, and customer service skills. Everyone was super nice, and the full-time employees are focused on getting to know each and every one of you, even if you're a part-time employee who only works on game days.
