Online process at first and then a face-to-face interview with the recruiter. I was asked what I would contribute to being a substitute teacher and if I was completely bi-lingual, and in what languages. They also asked how long I have resided in Miami, Florida and if I was planning on continuing to live in Miami.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process is pretty brief and differs from principal to principal. However, the questions that are asked are really geared towards what that specific school needs. The interview process isn’t much different from any other company. Sometimes there is the principal and assistant principal or the coach (math/reading).

  • What is one area for improvement you've identified for yourself?
