It was a really chill interview process. Most of the interviewers were from HR. They were more interested in my personality and checking my availability than my actual experience. The HR folks asked me about my school background, any past projects I'd worked on, and specifically about my experience in group projects.

The interview was pretty chill, especially since I had a lot of club involvement which was super relevant since I worked in a volunteer department. They asked for my resume and what I've done. I gave some solid examples of leadership and organizational stuff. Then they hit me with a hypothetical ethical situation. I handled it pretty well, stayed positive, and they seemed to really like my answer.
