After submitting my online application, there was an initial phone interview (about 15 minutes) with the HR department. The interviewer, Ms. Burkard, was very friendly and personable. During this call, we discussed general topics like mobility and working hours. About two weeks later, I received an invitation for a face-to-face interview. The atmosphere with both interviewers was very pleasant and felt like an equal conversation, with no trick questions. At the end, they provided more specific details about the job and its responsibilities. Two weeks after that, I received a job offer over the phone.
