First, you'll have an HR call with someone from Germany. They mostly care about your academic record and not so much about your personality or what you know. After that, you'll have a face-to-face interview.
- Can you tell me about your academic background?
- What do you know about SAP?
- How do you think you'll fit in with the team?
SAP BI Consultant
After submitting my application, I was first contacted by email for a phone interview invitation. Then, the first phone call with the recruiter took place. This first interview, about 15 minutes, was about my motivation to switch to MHP. I also discussed other general conditions for changing jobs with the recruiter. After that, I was invited to a second interview. This interview, about 1 hour, took place with the new department manager of the business unit via Skype. I was given a presentation about MHP and then asked about my motivation for the change and my previous experience in the work area. Then a third interview took place, about 1 hour, in Teams. The interview was again with the recruiter. Here, more classic "HR" questions were asked. Additionally, I reported on my second interview. Towards the end of the interview, the contract details were also mentioned. Finally, there was a personal meeting, about 45 minutes, with the current department manager. I received the offer within a few days after the last interview.
- Tell me about the relevant parts of your CV.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your professional and technical interests?
