About a month after I applied, I got invited to an initial 30-minute call with HR. This was followed by a second meeting with the department, featuring two managers from different teams. This interview lasted only an hour and was pretty standard, covering my CV and what I'm interested in doing. Finally, there was a third meeting with HR that lasted an hour. Feedback after each stage consistently took much longer than they initially said.
