The hiring process was fast but not very technical. An HR executive assessed my technical abilities, which I found a bit strange. I think the first round should ideally be with someone from the team with the opening, and then HR could get involved for negotiations.

The interview process was very smooth overall. The HR department managed the procedure in a very systematic, step-by-step, and engaging way. The idea of being part of the journey was very appealing.
