After an initial campus selection and shortlist, the company flies candidates to Kuwait for a four-round interview process. The first round involves a field task where you must analyze a brand, covering aspects like competitors, pricing, and visual merchandising. You'll have the night to prepare a short deck for the next day's interview. The second round focuses on retail and merchandising knowledge. The third round assesses leadership qualities, and the final round is a cultural fit assessment, checking if the candidate belongs to Kuwait.

The interview process is pretty standard. It starts with a phone screening to give you the details about the upcoming interviews. Then, you'll need to prepare two presentations. The first is about yourself, and the second is about store management. After that, there's a competency-based test where they ask how you'd handle specific workplace situations. If you pass that, you'll have a final interview with the department manager you'd be reporting to.

I applied online and got an email the next day to schedule an interview. I had an interview with 2 people from the recruitment team. They asked me about my skills and experiences relevant to the Store Manager position. They also asked about managing a team of around 15 people, a typical day as a Store Manager, and if I was okay with wearing a uniform, working shifts, and travelling abroad.
