The interview process dragged on for 16 weeks. They sent me to Abu Dhabi, had me do 3 presentations, and go through 4 interviews. I felt like I was repeating myself a lot, which was a real time-waster. It didn't feel like a thorough process, just countless meetings that seemed pointless. They did offer me the job in the end, but after 16 weeks, I had already accepted another position. It made me wonder how they expect to run stores and have staff hit targets if this is how they operate.

I went through 3 phone interviews, then had a face-to-face interview where I had to present on two brands' stores. I met with three operations managers and the HR team, who were great. They said I'd get feedback in a week, but I didn't hear back. After emailing HR, they replied I'd be hired for a specific brand, but then there was silence again. Following several more emails, they informed me I was accepted but they didn't have an open position for me, even though I saw they were hiring Area Managers for other brands. It was still good to meet qualified people at the company.
