First, an HR person will talk to you. If you pass that, they'll introduce you to the brand you want to work for. Then, they'll send you to the brand, and the operations manager will interview you.

It was a two-part interview process. First, a telephone interview, then a full day at the office in Kuwait, with an extra day to explore the city. I met with HR and other business folks, and they kept emphasizing that Kuwait is a dry country, but that there's a vibrant underground drinking scene. One Director mentioned that you can't access porn in Kuwait without a VPN. The main interview day ran from 8 AM to 5 PM with back-to-back interviews. I was offered the job and accepted it. I learned a lot, especially about dealing with difficult situations, how to find information when it's scarce, and I'll definitely ask many questions during onboarding. Don't take anything at face value with this company. Negotiate hard for a high salary, they have set bands but can make exceptions, and you'll regret it later if you don't push for more.

The interview process is pretty standard, but it can change depending on the specific department you're applying to. For support roles like IT, Finance, Logistics, and HR, the interviews will focus on things relevant to that division. If you're looking at brand-related roles, it depends on whether the job is in operations, staff, or store management.
