The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a group discussion, then an HR interview, followed by two more rounds. It all went smoothly and was a really engaging experience. I felt pressured at times, but the presentation helped me. The HR folks were quite friendly.

The interview process started with a group discussion (GD). The rule was that a maximum of 10 people could participate, but there were 20 people adjusted in the group, which led to total chaos. Ultimately, only one student qualified for the second round. At the last stage, out of 2000 students, only 5 were offered job letters, with a 3-year bond.

The interview process involved three rounds: first, a FGD (which I assume is a group discussion or similar), then an aptitude test, and finally a panel interview. I found the whole process to be quite easy and felt I answered everything confidently. However, I was unexpectedly rejected, which makes me wonder about potential corruption or nepotism, as some people suggest they hire based on connections.
