The interview process is lengthy and takes a long time to get a callback, it is a bit boring and the offer has low salary. It's a long time process. However, people from the same university help each other out. But after some time, people usually leave within 6 months. So salary isn't everything.

It was a lengthy process with three interviews and many emails that promised follow-ups and emphasized the urgency of filling the role. However, after the third interview, I was ghosted. The position is still open, but I've moved on with my job search and accepted an offer elsewhere after only one interview. It's frustrating because this agency seemed like a good place to work, but they've made a poor impression. The reviews on Glassdoor weren't very helpful in preparing me for the interviews or setting expectations about the number of stages or outcomes. It seems many reviews are confused with a hospital.

I found the whole process to be quite easy and felt I answered everything confidently. However, I was unexpectedly rejected, which makes me wonder about potential corruption or nepotism, as some people suggest they hire based on connections.
