We talked about the general business landscape and logistics. Then we dove into how foreign trade in India is growing and how companies can use new policies to make more money. Lastly, we chatted about my goals and where I see myself down the line.

They gave a good overview of the job, what it involves, and the difficulties that might come up. They were upfront about the terms and conditions, and had an inspiring way about them.

It was a 6 step interview. First, a FGD, then a Written Test. After that, a Panel Interview followed by a Group Case Solving session. Finally, there was an HR Head interview and then an MD Interview. I got rejected from the HR Head interview round for reasons unknown. The whole process is too long and not efficient. They ask similar questions in both the Panel interview and the HR Head interview, so rejecting a candidate at this stage seems unlikely.

  • What are your salary expectations?
  • Regarding bond signing and penalty issues, what are your views?
