Strategy
We talked about the general business landscape and logistics. Then we dove into how foreign trade in India is growing and how companies can use new policies to make more money. Lastly, we chatted about my goals and where I see myself down the line.
- We discussed the business landscape and logistics.
Logistics Coordinator
The HR person was really nice and explained everything clearly. They seemed to get what employees are looking for and were helpful. They gave a good overview of the job, what it involves, and the difficulties that might come up. They were upfront about the terms and conditions, and had an inspiring way about them.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself and explain your interest in this position?
Graduate Trainee
You start with an HR interview which is good and they ask engaging questions. After an assessment, there are 4 more interviews. First, HR and senior colleagues, then HR and management, and finally, an interview with the MD. Selection is based on how well you responded during the interviews.
- Participate in a focus group discussion.
- Next interview might cover topics from your CV.
- Prepare for a scenario-based question.
Management Trainee
It was a 6 step interview. First, a FGD, then a Written Test. After that, a Panel Interview followed by a Group Case Solving session. Finally, there was an HR Head interview and then an MD Interview. I got rejected from the HR Head interview round for reasons unknown. The whole process is too long and not efficient. They ask similar questions in both the Panel interview and the HR Head interview, so rejecting a candidate at this stage seems unlikely.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Regarding bond signing and penalty issues, what are your views?
