First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MGA Business Consulting.
Account Manager
First, you are contacted via phone call for a brief "tell me about yourself" style interview. Next, you will complete an interview via video on hirevue (I believe that's the name of the app). This was quite fun. It is a great way to judge your own interview capabilities. After the video is submitted, you will he called for an in-person interview. For me, I was in a waiting room with 5 other candidates and they took us one by one out to lunch/coffee where we were asked more interview style questions and informed on compensation and benifits. Then the manager takes you "on the field" (Walmart/BestBuy) where you learn the basics of the job.
- What motivates you?
Account Manager
I applied online and heard back the next day from the HR manager, Jessica. She told me more about the job and the company and sent interview details and directions by text. I scheduled my interview for the next day. I met with Andres, who was really energetic and talked about the company, the role, and how I could grow. Later that afternoon, I got a call offering a second interview. I accepted, and then I did a shadow interview. This gave me a great feel for the job and the day-to-day. Later that day, I spoke with Andres again and was offered the position!
- What do you seek in a company?
Account Manager
After my resume was reviewed, I was invited to meet with a hiring manager. The team was really friendly and answered all my questions. The hiring manager went over the job specifics and their future outlook. It sounded exciting! I was told I might get a call later that day for a second round interview, which I did.
- Could you share your top three core values?
