Purchasing Agent
The interview process started with a twenty-minute phone call that felt like a good two-way conversation, giving me plenty of time to ask all my questions. The interview itself was conducted by two people who wanted to know about my previous pay and benefits information, and it wrapped up after that.
- Can you describe your experience relevant to this role?
QA Lead
First, there was a video interview done through an online portal. Then, a second interview happened on Teams with the hiring manager. This was a casual talk about work and personal traits, discussing what's expected from the position and potential candidates. They asked personal behavior related questions for about an hour.

Senior Engineer
Had a telephonic discussion, then a second round via video conference, followed by another telephonic call for the third round. The fourth round involved a physical visit to their plant, and then there was an HR round. Overall, the interviewers were good and supportive, and the HR team was also great. The company has good infrastructure, though the location is outside the city. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you explain geometric dimensions, tolerance, and welding details?
Intern
It was a really smooth process. First, I had a chat with HR, and the interviewer was super nice, making me feel comfortable talking about my career goals and past jobs. A few days later, I had another interview, this time with the manager of the department I'd be interning in. She was really friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great conversation, and she gave me a lot of clarity about the role, what the company does, and the salary and benefits. Overall, it was a good experience.
