We had a Skype interview that was about 20 minutes long with the executive principal and an assistant principal. They asked me about general teaching practices, how I'd manage native Spanish speakers in the classroom, and some questions about teaching in Spanish. It felt less formal than interviews at other schools in the district. The executive principal offered me the job right away.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What's your approach to differentiating instruction in introductory Spanish courses for students who are native or heritage speakers?
  • How would you adjust your teaching methods for students who are native or heritage speakers in lower-level Spanish classes?
